It's the place for real life excitement or gripes and even stuff having to do with Neopets that doesn't really merit its own post.     Can someone please clarify the super specific and confusing FFQ rules?

    I've been googling it, looking on the fan sites, and going through the editorials, but I'm still confused about what's allowed.

    My friend got a FFQ but doesn't want to use it. They offered to use it on one of my pets by doing the following scenario:

    I create a pet with a name they want. I then transfer my pet to friend, who paints it via FFQ. Then, we do a transfer swap so that I get my pet (now painted) back, and they get the newly created pet.

    In one editorial, TNT says they're fine with virtually any pet trades as long as it's a 1:1 Neopet trade.

    On JellyNeo, it's stated that you cannot take someone's pet, paint it, and then send it back.

    Then in one article of the Neopian Times, it claims you can straight up donate FFQ dips if you want.

    Can someone give me a straight answer on this?

    It took me two-three years of off and on playing and I finally collected all the map pieces after deciding to just straight up clean my bank for it. And then I go visit... and all my pets are crying not wanting to get zapped so I decide not to. And then I go through the same thing with the petpet ray but after months of wondering I go use it one time and a petpet I've had since I joined the site, ~14 years, was vaporized (RIP Alex the poppit). Obviously not doing that again. So now I've just got these two completely worthless features. Anyone else deal with this?

    New Years Resolution Giveaway Part 3

    I made a New Years resolution to do at least one giveaway a month, and so this is the third one!

    I have picked a random number from 1 to 50. To enter please post a number from 1 to 50 and your favorite soup. (My favorite soup is cauliflower and cheese) If you guess the right number I will give you a random prize.

    If more than one person guesses the number, I will give one the big prize and codestones to the others. If no one guesses the number, I will give codestones to the closest people.

    The contest ends tomorrow (Mar. 11) at 1:30pm NST.
