    It was thanks to this community’s help that I finally managed to get a Striped Paint Brush! For 6 years this trans man has wanted a pink white and blue version of one of my 2 favorite Neopets, so thank you for your help in finally getting Conrad!

    Thoughts about pound chat (the neopets cancer)

    Hi!

    Before I begin, i want to apologize for my english im an italian player but still wanna express myself about that.

    I have the feeling that pound chat is getting worse and worse. And that's pretty sad for this game. It's ridiculous to see how everyone, like EVERYONE is looking to uptrade. The thing is, if everyone is looking for better offers on their pets, how can trades even happen? This is so absurd. It seems like everyone forgot about the aim of the game, and is just still here to get pets with higher value with no reason, just to be in the "cool club" (someone used this exact expression yesterday on a topic, talking about breaking into UC trading). People spent litteraly all their time on the boards trying to do this. It's so hard to trade that you have to bump the same board like every single day, during 1 month or more, to get what people call a good trade (which means 95% of time, someone willing to downtrade for us). What the heck? Even when people get offers they like, they make "a/r" boards to get opinions on whether or not it's a good (up)trade for them.

    UCs are the only pets who still get interest. Converted pets are considered JUNK as pbs are not expensive anymore. So if you don't have a GOOD 3L (Cvc) or 4L (Cvcv) name format converted it doesn't worth anything.

    And let's talk about all the obscure RWs... oh my god, people always find a meaning for their names thinking that it's more valuable. I saw people putting their arabic (YES ARABIC) rws uft like they are proud of that, but NO ONE knows their meaning/ no one is giving a shit. And arabic doesn't even have the same alphabet. How did we even get to this point of non-sense? Facepalm.

    UC trading is HELL. Seriously it makes me sick. Let's say you follow the tier shit thing. You have a DN T5 UC. No one offers fair trades, and all you get are MASSIVE underoffers. Yeah no one wants to offer something fair as they want to UP trade. With a DN T5 you can't even get WN T4 offers (as those are only considering WN T6). At least it will be extremely rare to get an offer like that, and it will takes months.

    People refuse to trade for lower tier, but they are the same ones who underoffers on other's pets. And "good" 3Ls or 4Ls owners rejects UC offers if they're not at least T6. So basically T1 to T5 UCs can't trade for names. And they don't even find UC trades they like due to pc mentality about uptrades. Like i don't get it, it's just names seriously.

    It doesn't make any sense. People are trading endlessly until they got the BEST pet they can ever have.

    Eventually, PC it's just a game of ego and this is so sad.

    Sorry for the long post, but this is so crazy, and no one is talking about all this. Like this is normal lol. Am i the only one sick about it? This cancer is totally ruining the game even if it's already sinking. Rip neopets.

    Another quest where the item is insanely inflated. It would be worth it if it was the Queen or FFQ but I'm not paying 80k for an earth faerie quest. I hate this event so far.

    Hello! I am a veteran Neo player for the past 15 years, and I am curious what the opinion is on NeoCash! I myself do not particularly like the items, only some of the backgrounds that I have gotten for free are truly what I use! I just wanted to know if I was the only one feeling like the NC Mall takes away from the classic Neo? Or am I an outlier? Purely opinion and open discussion:)
