    Hello! Welcome to the Weekly Customization Thread (a.k.a Trendy Thursdays), this is where you can request help to customize one of your pets, and anyone who wants to help can reply to them.

    Also, if you have any general question about NC, or what petpet goes with your pet, etc, feel free to ask here too!

    Rules:

    To ask for help on a customization, you need to provide the following information:

    • Species.

    • Colour.

    • Gender.

    • Name of the pet. (Not necessary, but it might help get a better understanding of a theme)

    • Theme, if you have any.

    • Limitations on wearables, if you can only use NP, or you can also use some NC.

    • If you are able to cross-paint your pet.

    format is not necessary to copy, also if you have a half-finished custom you don't have to provide the info :)

    To help make customizations, please try to follow these simple guidelines:

    • Include a link to the customization. (Using DTI or JN's Wardrobe)

    • Try to include a brief summary of why you customized like that. (Not necessary but it can help!)

    • If you use expensive NC items, make sure to find other items to replace them (if the user can't afford them).

    • You can reply to anyone who needs help, you can't take dibs on one user.

    • You can also reply to other customizations offered to do constructive criticism or offer modifications. (Remember to be nice.)

    • If the customization you reply with is not yours, please give credit to the creator.

    Oof it's at a whopping 6.9 mil on jelly neo 😭

    Is there anyway else for me to get a maraquan uni? I'm at 2.4 mil right now but don't feel like I'm making much progress. I do food club sometimes which helped a lot but this seems like it'll take a long time. I hate spending real money on NC otherwise I would buy a faerie quest fortune cookie :/

    A slightly amusing story of a stuck pet

    When I was a kid (2008 ish), my sister had a Neopets account and was in a Warriors Cats guild with her friends. She doesn't play Neopets anymore, but I visited her account lookup and snooped around the guild for fun.

    Totally deserted, but there were links to various petpages for various purposes like backstory, ways to level up in the guild, etc. Some were still in tact, most were reset, BUT one reset petpage was for a Wocky and I noticed it referenced the owner as "none"!

    The original owner evidently pounded the pet, but the pet's name began with a string that caused her to get stuck in the pound and nobody had found her! So of course I adopted her :)

    Now I have this pet, and therefore have control of the petpage that is linked to by a long-forgotten small Warriors guild that my sister was in, whose members probably haven't logged in in over 10 years.

    She's just a basic color converted Wocky, so not an objectively amazing find but I think this is so amusing. Welcome to the club _Sunnypelt_.
