    Premium and Neocash Related Issues Thread

    Around 2:30 pm NST today, there are some issues with Premium membership and Neocash.

    For Premium members:

    • Premium membership is expiring prematurely.

    • If you are locked out of your account due to your +1 pet, then I would wait out, but transferring your pet is an option.

    For Neocash:

    • NC cannot be spent in the NC Mall even with sufficient funds on the account.

    • NC funds are missing in the NC Mall.

    • NC funds are missing from redeeming NC Cards.

    It has been addressed by a TNT Staff member, that they are currently working on the issue and all we can do is wait for a resolution, although in the meantime, I would send in a ticket to support at support@neopets.com.

    Hey everyone! You may know me from my Food Club bets, or you might know me as the person who fangirls over every single one of u/squigeons's Food Club bets (Hi! Your bets are always better than mine). I'm here with a very special giveaway for you all, with 1 million Neopoints worth of prizes to be given away!!!

    Giveaway Details

    What I've noticed about this subreddit is that everyone is so kind! It's an amazing place to be, and I wanted to first thank each and every one of you for contributing to such a positive environment.

    Due to all the kindness I've experienced on this sub, I decided to hold a "Kill 'Em With Kindness Giveaway." This giveaway, as the name implies, is meant to celebrate the kindness.

    Now that the word "Kindness" has been drilled into your heads, let's talk prizes!

    Prizes

    There will be 2 grand prize winners, as well as 12 minor prize winners. The prizes add up to over 1 Million Neopoints.

    • Grand Prize (2): The grand prize is a Paint Brush! I will be giving away a Pirate Paint Brush and a Skunk Paint Brush. (Pirate because Food Club, Skunk because Food Club has been really stinky these past few days, haha!)
    • Minor Prize (12): The minor prize is a "Loving Kadoatie." There are 12 of these to be given away!

    How to Enter

    Entering this giveaway is very simple. Simply comment a story about kindness you experienced recently. This can be a time you experienced kindness from someone else, or a time you showed kindness to someone else, or even a time you were a 3rd party witness of an act of kindness. Please also include your username in your post so I know where to send the prize. That's it, it's that simple.

    My Kindness Story

    The reason I decided to host this giveaway is because of a few specific users in this thread (you know who you are!). They've been following my Food Club bets and, out of the kindness of their hearts, thanked me by donating very expensive items to help me achieve my Neopets goal of a Kadoatie!!!

    I've gotten a donation of Nerkmids, one person bought out my entire shop and then sent the items back to me, and another user actually gifted me an r99 unbuyable restock item!!! This generosity was so heartwarming and I am so, so, so thankful. To those people - If you're reading this, you're awesome, thanks again :)

    With their help, I was actually able to hit 10m Neopoints this week. This seemed like such an unachievable goal for me, but I finally made it. I then promptly used those Neopoints to buy a Kadoatie, and I love her very much <3 This is why the minor prize for this giveaway is actually 12 "Loving Kadoatie" items.

    So that's my story! Just a bunch of really awesome people helping me buy my baby Kadoatie. Now it's your turn. Share your story, and hopefully you'll walk out of here with a prize!

    RE: Reddit Awards

    I've mentioned this in some of my Food Club posts already. But I just wanted to thank everyone for all the awards you've given me over the past month. I really do appreciate it.

    If the awards were free, perfect, that's awesome! If you paid money for the awards, I don't want to sound entitled or anything, but I would much rather you spend your money elsewhere! Especially during this pandemic, there are charities that could really use your help.

    I've already donated $60 to the Canadian Red Cross this past week as a way to thank you all for your awards. If you were planning on sending me any awards, i'd like to ask that you donate to the Canadian Red Cross instead. Link to Donate!

    I am so disappointed in TNTs low effort, ugly, and useless offering for this month.

    I was really hoping for a cool Halloween mask or costume or, gee, anything in the realm of a Halloween theme.

    This curtain monstrosity is so useless and truly ugly I won't be able to use it for anything except next years Charity Corner.

    They have, in the past, come up with some beautiful, well thought out, items.
