If you have Chrome: get Tampermonkey to use it! Greasemonkey for Firefox, and I'm unsure about other browsers.

So, for the first time in my life, I've redeemed a card code, and the NC is not showing up in my balance. Many others are in the same boat from the past 24 hours, and as I peruse the interwebs looking for answers (after sending a ticket, posting and messaging on FB, and posting my ticket # on the Highway to Help Board), I'm seeing SO MANY cases of people who literally never got the NC they bought, or a response from TNT.

Here's where the discussion comes in. Have you even made a NC purchase that didn't show up, and were never credited for it or responded to by TNT? Pretty sure that's theft, and this elusive customer service BS is not cutting it for me. Tell me your stories of times TNT robbed you.
