This is a weird question, but I was wondering if anyone here had any opinions about the Neopets terms of use, such as whether you think it's dated or not, if it's focused too much on kids playing instead of adults, if there's anything there that concerns you, etc.? I'm doing a project for my law school where I can choose the terms of service on any site and comment on its effectiveness. I was hoping to include a section where I could reference how non-lawyer Neopets players feel about the Terms of Use. I don't need anything serious or in-depth at all.
