    If you have Chrome: get Tampermonkey to use it! Greasemonkey for Firefox, and I'm unsure about other browsers.

    I woke up this morning to see that my account was frozen. I had no clue what I had done (aside from talking about Rupaul's Drag Race on the Neoboards last night), and I was immediately pissed. I put a lot of time (not to mention real money) into the site, and to be frozen with no warning whatsoever was frustrating.

    I submitted a help ticket and then— thanks to you guys on here who told me to also reach out via social media— hit up TNT's Twitter. Within a half an hour, somebody responded to me on Twitter (I was shocked considering it's Saturday) and said they had forwarded my ticket to the appropriate department. Not even 10 minutes later, I get an email from Susan H. who explained why my account had been iced.

    My username (which is the same as my username here on Reddit) was deemed inappropriate because— and I quote from her email— "'masc4masc' is a term used for finding a specific type of dating partner". When I read this, I literally laughed out loud at the fact that Susan either knew of this term already or had to look it up to find out, and then had to tell me via email. She then told me that she would be happy to transfer everything in my now-frozen account over to a new account as long as I created an account with a more appropriate name.

    I quickly made a new account and let her know, and within FIVE MINUTES everything from my old account (pets, items, trophies, stamps, NP, stocks... everything) had been transferred to this new one.

    Susan was SO helpful and so understanding. She is truly a great customer service person. I was wary of getting Tony or whoever since he seems to be a headache to most people, so I must have lucked out getting Susan. She was fantastic to work with, and super quick to get it all sorted for me.

    Just wanted to let you all know that Susan H. rocks and that's all there is to it!

    So I created a Kiko. She shall eventually be Garlic. She is called Kiklopi, a bastardisation of the Latvian word for Garlic that has the added bonus of meaning Cyclops in Croatian apparently!

    I just learned I'm absolute shit at Cheeseroller. Seriously, if it's a "strategy" game about trying to get cheese down a hill, how am I supposed to strategize if there's no way to see the hill OR the cheese? Oh and somehow I suck at Kiko Pop too.

I used to play neopets about 10 years ago, and always wanted to complete the lab map. a couple years ago I tried to log in, but I didnt remember my e-mail or password as a kid, so I created another one. the account's name is sophliza911 and I've been trying to get the cash for a while, but only have 550k. so, if you're like super rich in game and feel like selling the map for me for this ammount of np, I'd be very grateful. also, PLEASE COME BACK KEY QUEST
