    Hello everyone! This is a mega thread for merchandise sales in which /r/Neopets members can advertise and find sales of Neopets merchandise with ease here. This thread will not be pinned after today, but it will be added to the sidebar.

    AS OF JAN 9TH 2021, A NEW THREAD WILL BE POSTED EVERY FIRST SATURDAY OF THE MONTH

    Rules

    • Sellers must abide by our 90/10 Advertising Rule:

    Some Neopets-related promotional posts/comments are allowed if you are an active member of the subreddit. A maximum of 10% of your contributions can be promotional; the other 90% should be meaningful and active engagement in other conversations here.

    • Please do NOT advertise a sales post in private messages/chats, thread comments, or in a new post. Don't treat the Neopets community as your own personal cash cow.

    • If you are selling NC Cards, then please out the following form to be approved. If you have been approved before, you do not need to fill out the form again unless you are advertising a different link.

    Is Selling NC Cards/Merch/Codes Neo-Legal?

    Hi, TNT. While I was browsing through eBay, I found Neopets trading cards for sale. There are so many, and I was interested in buying some, but wouldn't that be against the rules? I don't really think it would be, but I'd rather ask than risk my account. I'm not 100% sure, but can't you redeem codes from the cards in the packs and get items? Would that then be considered buying items? ~i_luv_cows12345

    No, physical merchandise produced or officially licensed by us is just fine to buy, sell, or trade online. This includes stuff like real life plushies, action figures, TCG cards, etc. Codes are considered a legitimate part of these items. Items you cannot buy or sell online are virtual items, Neopoints, Neopets, or accounts.

    Hi, TNT! I have an odd question for you.... about commissions. Now, I know taking them in exchange for anything on Neopets is against the rules, as is doing commissions with Neopets characters. However... what about real-life merchandise? I'm the sort that's willing to take trades, and I was wondering: could someone pay me in Neopets plushies? What about rare item codes, or Neocash? (the cards, not actual on-site NC items) I mean, people sell the item codes on eBay all the time, so wouldn't that be okay? As far as NC cards go, if I'm just going to buy them anyway, why not save a step? Would these be against the Terms & Conditions because they give things on the site itself? I mean, obviously, it still wouldn't be okay to do a commission OF Neopets, but in exchange for merchandise, where do you guys stand? (please remove my username) ~username removed

    As you said, as long as you aren't taking commissions of Neopets intellectual property, you're welcome to trade or sell your real-world merchandise however you'd like. According to Lawyerbot: "Trading plushies, rare item codes, NC cards, etc. for real-life merchandise is fine. I once traded my brother's turtle to a friend for a Shadow Uni Plushie.

    Can I just send the Space Faerie Code, but keep the items?

    Hi, TNT! So, I had a question about gifting rare item codes, Space Faerie codes, site theme codes (like Puzzle Adventure), etc. I know it is against the rules to ask for anything like "tips" or compensation in return for gifting a code, as well as selling codes. However, is it against the rules to ask someone to return the item that they got from the code itself? Say someone receives a plushie from redeeming a code. Is it okay to ask that they return the plushie, or would it be better to say something like, "I would greatly appreciate if you return the item, but it's not required" since non-requested thank you gifts are allowed? I just wanted to be sure. Thank you for your time! Also, a side note: I LOVE YOU, TNT.     If the receiver is kind enough to return the item from the code, we wouldn't consider it any sort of "tip" due to the nature of Rate Item Codes. That said, once you give away the code, it is up to the codebearer to decide what to do with the item. You can ask them as you phrased the example above, but code gifting is an unsupported transaction and we will likely be unable to assist if the person chooses to keep the item.

    What Neopets Merchandise gives out the Space Faerie challenger?

    Products that can reward the Space Faerie challenger are:

    • Old Neocash Mystery Capsules Codes

    • Fun Pak Codes

    • Comic-Con Codes

    • Newer Merch Codes (Overpowered, 20th Anniversary, etc.), etc.

    • TCG, Current Neocash, and Promotional Rare Item Codes do not reward the Space Faerie challenger.

    Hi yall,

    I got access to my 14 year old account today, one of my pets is gone, my favorite and my inventory is pretty much empty. I know I had a pile of stuff. Is there any way to see trade history or anything like that to at least see who stole all my stuff? Or my pet history? I want to see what happened to my Kougra - I spent months saving up for the leopard print paint brush for him... he is gone from my account. I had a favorite petpet that was a little bee and he is gone too. :(

    I decided to try Plushie Tycoon... read a few how to guides and I was off to the races. Looked at the price my plushies loaded into my store for and grumbled because, well, not cool... but fine.

    Waited for my store to open today to start raking in the profits so I can make new plushies... went to look at my till and discovered that my plushies are selling for less than 25% of what the list price was! They're now priced at 12NP?! I'd sooner burn them to heat the factory!

    Can anyone tell me what I am doing so terribly wrong?

    five flash games you need to play before they die with flash

    ok these are some of my favorite ones that i doubt will be saved.

    Toybox Escape - this is one of the first flash games i remember playing on neopets. it takes patience and good timing which are two things i don't have but it's crazy fun once you get the hang of it and the pet sprites (are they called sprites?) are so cute. im not sure when it was released, i just know it's crazy old and underrated.

    Scourge of the Lab Jellies - im addicted to this game tbh. tnt really has the audacity to be like "we're gonna bring back the most popular games lol" but then have games that are hidden like this one. of course nobody plays it. it's hard to find. the only place i've seen it is a hidden games petpage. anyway, it's just a basic "line up five of the same thing to make them disappear" game. idk why i like it so much. it's just fun to play.

    Catch the Petpet, Faerie's Folly, and Petpet Pair Up - okay i know that's three different games but i'm putting them together. im assuming because petpet park has been defunct for a long time they're not going to bring these back. they're easy NP though (besides faerie's folly. i think it might just be a "me problem" but i suck so bad at that one lmao) and the art is really nice and colorful.

    Hubrid's Hero Heist - im not gonna lie and say this is a good game but it's a sponsor game (from 2003!!!) so i dont think they'll keep it around. it's one of those games that's a whole lot of work for minimal neopoints so it's never my first choice. the art is HIDEOUS but it was the first neopets flash game i was able to play on my dad's old desktop computer back in the day (i don't remember why but none of the other flash games worked? and i was like, 10 so i had no idea what shockwave and flash were lol)

    Super Shopping Spree - okay im just guessing they like, totally forgot to delete this cinnamon toast crunch sponsor game from 2006 because the links just go back to the neopets homepage and it's talking about some sweepstakes thing. i literally just play this game to laugh at how shitty the art is. look at the aisha with his tiny, lumpy head, the pixelated cinnamon toast crunch box, and the naked chia. why does he walk like that???? lmao.

    btw i know you miss habitarium and key quest so don't bring those up.

    Hi all, I just got back into my Neopets account after three years' hiatus, but had it since 2002. So weird and wonderful to be back, especially as there are things I know I'll get out of it that I couldn't quite grasp as a little kid. Had me looking at avatar lists, since I was really into collecting them at a time and WHOAH are so many things unattainable now; I guess that's part of the joy, though, to have LE things like site events. Where did Random Contest and Lenny Conundrum go? Least I got that Bilge Dice in...

    That Coco Roll Shoyru avvie haunts me, since a classmate at the time had it.
    So what are your ships that sailed? Do you yearn for that previous version of the snow Chia or a different Royalgirl? Did freak chance have you miss Y20 capsule?
    (This is less about site features than it is about "stuff", or what you can't get your hands on.)

    alternative to Neokazam?

    hi! just wondering if anyone here knows any scripts/chrome extensions that are an alternative to Neokazam, specifically the part where you can right click and search a highlighted item in shop wizard. i am so dependant on that and it doesnt work anymore :/

    I've never been a regular trading post user, so apologies if this is a dumb question. I'm in the market for a specific PB and saw one listed for about 700k less than the going rate. I made an offer in the amount requested, but I wasn't sure whether this is something people do when they're selling items cheap to friends, or trying to garner interest for an auction, or something? I can't see how a scam could come of it, but it just seemed odd to me.
