Click the button below to continue."
    • Don't forget to leave a courtesy upvote! (And it helps you keep track of who you've already gifted to!)
    • If someone pays you a kindness, big or small, try to PAY-IT-FORWARD! Even if all you can afford is something small, or you can't do it quite yet, keep the kindness someone has paid you in mind and show someone else the same kindness in the future~

    If you have Chrome: get Tampermonkey to use it! Greasemonkey for Firefox, and I'm unsure about other browsers.

    Gelerts are my favorite species, but they dont seem really popular, lol. Many years ago I got a Starry Gelert from McDonalds and it became my favorite pet, but as I was so poor to buy the PB, I just had one blue. Now I finally have my Starry Gelert! But im having such a hard time customizing him. I feel that nothing that I buy to him fits him well.

    Do you own a Gelert? I have seen very little of them, but if you do please share your ideas on how dress them! I'd be forever grateful

    Premium species change question (royals and gender)

    Hi folks! Here's my question:

    I have a female Royalgirl Aisha, and I would like to species change her to a female RoyalBOY Mynci. I'm assuming that I will have to use the lab ray scientist in the battledome to change her gender so she is a MALE Royalgirl Aisha, and then use the premium species change. Will this work? Will (he) go from a male Royalgirl Aisha to a male RoyalBOY Mynci, or will he change to a male Royalgirl Mynci?

    Hoping someone has tried species change with gendered paint colours and has some insight! Thanks :)

    What feature would you give up to have another feature return / added?

    The Neopets team works incredibly hard to maintain a website that is quite old and probably much more confusing behind the scenes. The team is probably smaller than it was in the heyday of the site. They don't have time or resources to do everything they used to.

    What feature would you give up to allow TNT to work on a different feature? These don't have to be features in the traditional sense.

    Personally, I would cut the number of new items released in half and be willing to forego new plots so TNT could update the site to function on mobile.

    Support question

    I have recently returned to neopets and am working to gain access to my old account. I put in a support ticket over a week ago and haven't received any response other than the automated email saying they received my request. I have sent several follow up emails asking for an update with no response. Is this normal? How long does it usually take to get a response?
