    If you have Chrome: get Tampermonkey to use it! Greasemonkey for Firefox, and I'm unsure about other browsers.

    I'm in college, but COVID has meant no more going out for now. I've been laid off from my serving job since November and have made this my Friday night tradition: Drunk Neopets. The middle of the night means not as much competition in the shops, finding rare snipes, and my cats sleeping next to me. 100% prefer this to going out. I'd be lying if I didn't mention the wack ass purchases I've accidentally made while inebriated though lol.

    I wrote a short story about one of my pets and it was accepted to the NT a few months ago. I have been trying to post that same exact story onto my petpage and it is blocked every time for the obscene word "uncle" 🙄 which isn't even in the story at all. Any way around this? I have a feeling if I write Neo about it it will get lost in the void of all the other users writing to complain to them, lol.

    My odd neopets dream

    Okay, so last night I had a dream about neopets and it's really odd so I thought I'd share it for humor's sake.

    ​

    So, basically, in the dream I guess I was browsing Neopia Central because I saw the Money Tree....but right next to it was something new. A giant gold Kyrii statue, aptly called "The Golden Kyrii". Now, I don't have any Kyriis, and I don't even like Kyriis. They look weird as fuck to me and I'm pretty sure they're my least thought of neopet species. So, why I dreamed of a Kyrii, I have no idea.

    Anyway, the Golden Kyrii statue gave out things, similar to the money tree, with two exceptions: Everything being donated/displayed by the Golden Kyrii had to be, well, golden. AND it had to cost specifically 8999 neopoints to be donated. If you donated neopoints you could only donate 8999 neopoints. Why? I have no clue.

    Anyway, hope this got a chuckle out of some of you.

    I like names, i like neopets. So this is how i spent my Saturday night, making up names and plugging them into the search bar.

    For those of you voting in the Neopies, today's ballot has the wrong image with the advent calendar days. Correction in the subsequent image. Also, if you refresh the page, the ballot choices will change in placement, but the image and advent calendar day pairing are still incorrect.

    Just turned 14 on neopets! Time for a new shield!

    I just remember looking up to older accounts as a child, I joined in 2006 and around that time the website had a boom in new accounts with a smaller established community, so there were many accounts who had obtained a 6 or 7 year shield and for some reason it was a huge goal of mine.

    I think I made it 44 months before I stopped playing Neopets. Now I'm back as of August. I really like this one.

    I've never even tried to participate. I have no items, I try and train at swashbuckling academy but it only lets me do the level course fit some reason. I really want to get into it!!
