Rules: To ask for help on a customization, you need to provide the following information: Species. Colour. Gender. Name of the pet. (Not necessary, but it might help get a better understanding of a theme) Theme, if you have any. Limitations on wearables, if you can only use NP, or you can also use some NC. How long *should* password reset take? Posted: 21 Nov 2019 10:54 AM PST I had an ancient account that I was unable to log into, so I created a newer one several years ago. Then in 2014 I couldn't access the newer one or another one I made. I was eventually able to get into one of the accounts. Now, I can see both the second and third accounts are still active, but I can only log into one (the newer one). I tried the password reset option and emailed with support, but other than an acknowledging email, have received no communications. It sucks to create accounts, build them up, and then get locked out. I do change my passwords once in awhile and keep it written down, so I know that I should be able to log in. I prefer to only have one account. The only reason I had the others was to replace ones I was locked out of.
