Neopets makes me want to... Posted: 12 Apr 2020 12:01 PM PDT recreate and provide the same happiness that I received from playing to the upcoming generation(s). I've been a fan of Neopets since my preteens and am now in my early 20s. I have so many fond memories such as collecting uniquely named and painted species, customizing & trading my pets, playing keyquest, or gathering stamps, avatars, & trophies. I've been looking for similar games for years now that have the same magic... and haven't had much luck. So, for the past 18 months I've been designing a mobile/pc game that incorporates some of my favorite aspects of Neopets. It's a turn-based strategy game (like keyquest) set in space that focuses on alien creatures (think along the lines of a grundo) instead of more earthy pets. I have lots of ideas to hopefully make a community and franchise that might one day let the game that we all know and love live on in a new way. I'm posting this in case anyone else has similar feelings or desires as I do. If so, I'd love to chat or even team up to work on this project together. FFQ & Grey Faerie, Same Day - both grant a dip! Why didn't I get the Cheap Grey first! >_< Posted: 12 Apr 2020 02:57 PM PDT Decided to go for the FFQ as I was reading up on it and seems cheaper than the PB - so I grafted away, saved up and nailed the quest, (was a Dreik Cloak she wanted, not cheap! - but worth it)! Got the quest from my first NC Fortune Faerie Cookie - so was pretty chuffed.
