    If you have Chrome: get Tampermonkey to use it! Greasemonkey for Firefox, and I'm unsure about other browsers.

    It's a great way to find nice / funny pet names, or colours! None of these pets come up when you browse through the pound, you have to manually search their name.

    I'm so glad they're back!

    I collect apples

    From Barts game, from the money tree... Anywhere I can! Are there any unique/rare/pretty cool apples that aren't especially well known that I can add to my apple collection in my gallery? I can't afford the everlasting apple (maybe someday!) and my collection is still relatively small, but I'd love to hear all about your favorite apple-related goodies! I'll do a shopping spree later :)

    Visited my pets again after several years. I still don't really play (all the Flash are broken, it seems) but just seeing my pets again made me smile. I lost the PW to my side account though, where I put my Alien Aisha dreamie. Sigh...

    So today at work I was just patrolling the trading posts looking for some good deal on items and I saw a faerie paintbrush up for trade with a wishlist of "free" thinking someone just put it up to get offers so I send one with 3 items worth about 200k each and 100k in neopoints. They immediately accept the offer only for me to realize it was a plushie not a real brush 😩 I tried to message them explains te situation and offered to let them keep some neopoints For free if we work out a deal.. unfortunately I just got blocked with no response :( feels bad but it's no one else fault but my own. Sorry for the rant it just huuuurts so bad lol.

    Looking for specific (stuck?) Neopet

    I started playing Neopets in 2002, with a main and a side (jag3713 and jimsteel) long since purged. When I 'quit' as a kid, I abandoned almost all of my pets. Recently I was thrilled to find 2 of them 'stuck' in the pound and quickly adopted them back.

    I'd like to look for another of my old pets, Slasher[insert number keysmash] the Kougra, to see if he got 'stuck' too, but unlike the 2 I was able to find, the long number string at the end of his name makes petpage/google searching impractical. I dont think he's on lost.quiggle.org either.

    Is there any other way to search for 'stuck' pets? I saw a tumblr blog allude to something called 'tileset' searching that apparently involves excel, but i can't find the actual method. Any info is appreciated.

    Am I the only person who thinks all the customization/NC garbage is totally overwrought and hideous?? I'm sorry but when I see pets with handbags and twinkling lights and yucky little sunglasses that look like they were designed for DUPLOS it totally defeats the purpose of the original artwork altogether. It looks like it is marketed to babies and I find it so baffling that serious adult players buy into this hogwash. With the busy backgrounds and the tap shoes and the spears and the clown makeup it just makes for a jumbled, overdone mise en scène. One or two accentuating closet items, fine. Whatever. But the layers and layers upon layers of crudely drawn wigs and baubles really offends me. Total McMansion effect. Clutters the UL in my opinion. Does anyone agree with me, I feel insane

    I made an account when I was 5. I want it back

    I was around 5-6 I made an account using my actual real name. My name is super unique so I know it's mine and I can find the account when I search it.

    I want my old account back but I don't know who's email it's under. I asked my older sister who then checked her old childhood email and there was nothing. My sister also told me a back then, that if I clicked the 18+ age option, I'd get more games so the age is also set wrong. I'd love to get my old account back but idk how to or where to start. It has nothing precious on it that people would steal (I was 5 and couldnt read well).

    If anyone knows how I could get access my old account pleaaaseee let me know. I have a new account now so no biggie but I'd love to get that account back to see what 5 year old me was up to

    Petpet thoughts?

    I have never really been into the fad of petpets. I guess I just don't see the point? But recently after looking for a petpet for a quest, I saw some cute ones that I forgot existed.

    How do y'all feel about them? How do you go about choosing one for your pet? Do you go for "matching" with Neopet(i.e. species, customization)? Or do you just pick cute ones you like?

    I just transformed a pet into a pirate draik and was planning on painting her something different later, but now I'm kinda digging the pirate feel and Lowkey like some of the pirate painted petpets🙃 I'm so conflicted!
