    If you have Chrome: get Tampermonkey to use it! Greasemonkey for Firefox, and I'm unsure about other browsers.

    He got assigned to my ticket and is 100% insisting on putting in a ticket from the original email (and is being kind of a dick about if you ask me). This is my second ticket, he got assigned to it both times. I'm starting to just assume I won't be getting the account back. I tried requesting Alice on the highway to help for the second ticket which did not work.

    Sorry for the vent-y post as well...it was a rough week at work and damn tony p is just making it worse lol

    EDIT y'all give godly advice I made a new ticket and Alice has already responded. I'm not sure I provided her the right email but even if I didn't here's hoping!

    EDIT AGAIN y'all Alice just gave my account back and I am seriously about to cry 😭😭😭😭

    I placed bids on items in the auctions days ago and have not gotten my NPs back or items that I won the bid on even though it's says "closed". Anyone else having this problem as well?

    (sorry if that's the wring flair, I wasn't sure which one to use)

    I discovered my time today, sort of. I know I visited it after 9:42a, as that's when I checked Snowager, and before 10:10a, as that's when I took my dogs outside and checked the time. Unfortunately, I had missed my window because I took too long asking my sister for advice on which pet I should dip, haha---

    Does anyone know if there are rules against transferring a pet to someone to dip in the magma pool, and then transferring back? I'm asking out of curiosity.

    What are your current lab rats? Or what are you planning to zap when you get lab access?

    Just this morning I moved my Faerie Hissi to my side account so I could have a blue one to zap. I'm using cookies, but right now he's only gained a few strength points. It'd be amazing to get a Robot or Ice Hissi. I also have a Pirate Eyrie I'm zapping (who unfortunately went from Dimensional Eyrie to a Red Shoyru...). So what are you zapping and how's it going?

    Login issue

    Hey,

    My partner used to play this a looooong time ago and she's trying to login. She's changed her password etc so alls good there

    The issue she's having is when she logs in with the new details the page refreshes and it's like she never logged in. Says login again at the top and nothing's happened.

    Any ideas? Tried multiple browsers.

    Help Finding a Popular Neopets Artist?

    Hey all! I was looking through some neopets pages and was wondering if any of you could help me find a artist from back in the day. Does anyone remember an artist maybe called "dragoon" something that drew their Shoyru as a super saiyan from Dragonball Z lol. I think the shoyru had an animation on it's petpage and it was holding a sword?

    I specifically remember the Donkey Kong Country Stickerbush Symphony playing on one of her pet's pages. She also had a few other pets that I cannot remember. I think one of them was a Uni and on it's petpage, there was an image of it painting a Growlithe? Not sure if anyone can help here. I just enjoy looking at old art from time to time and keeping up with the artist's work.

    If any of you want to share info on other artists you remember fodly, that would be awesome as well :)

    For those that can restock all day without getting banned: how do you do it?

    hey, i'm a big restocker here who has been struggling with bans for the past week or so. i'm a fine restocker, able to get magic and shells, but have been troubled with frequent bans. i've been slowing my refreshes, to about every 5-7 seconds per shop i'm in, however, that's been leading me to miss when actual good items stock because i'm refreshing too slow. then, when i pick up speed again, i get banned. i either see nothing because i'm going slow or don't have a long enough time to see anything good because i'm banned. does anyone have any advice? it's getting really frustrating and taking all the fun out of restocking
