    If you have Chrome: get Tampermonkey to use it! Greasemonkey for Firefox, and I'm unsure about other browsers.

    Magical Cloud Lupe Plushie did not come with a warning

    So in the span of ten seconds, I refreshed the plushie parlor, found a magical cloud lupe plushie, looked up the price on Jellyneo, tabbed out, withdrew 50k from the bank, tabbed back, and successfully bought it for 16k. Not my proudest restock since I rejoined the site last year, but an extremely exciting one nonetheless.

    In the span of two seconds, I decided against storing the plush right away and instead gave this wonderful toy to my deserving Faerie Peophin to play with.

    I'm not upset, I'm just stunned.

    I fucked up my pet's name and want to pound it and now I'm full of guilt

    K, so I just restarted with a new account barely a week old. I created my first pet, a Xweetok, and named her after one of my favourite video game characters (dishonored's Emily Kaldwin if anyone's curious) and started training her in the battlefield and buying her Xweetok clothes. Dishonored being a well known game and all, of course "emilykaldwin" had already been taken.

    The stupid thing is, in my haste to start playing again, I put an underscore in front of her name, making it "_emilykaldwin" which just looks SO STUPID to me now, and I'm very tempted to start over with a new Xweetok and name her properly. But I feel so bad giving her up because of her name, I feel like I should do something, like morph her or paint her before I let her go. I know this is silly, but what do you guys think? What should I do? Do y'all ever have the same regret when you pound neopets?

    So recently I went on tirade through jelly neo's daily guides, and after looking at some of the prices for some of these prizes, I have to wonder...

    Are these still being given out?

    The particular items that inspired this were a couple of the things allegedly given out by Coltzan's shrine. Namely the "princely shield" and the "Kings lens".

    The Kings lens is currently priced at 20 million.

    The princely shield (which isn't even a good shield by the way. Only blocks 3 icons.) Is currently sitting at 30 million.

    Those are some absolutely ludicrous prices. So I had to sit and wonder... Why?! What makes these so expensive?!

    The Kings lens is one of the best reflectors in the game, so it sort of earns it's price, but then you have the princely shield that's even higher and it's terrible. So the only reason I can come up with is that it's incredibly rare.

    How rare? I asked myself.

    Well the super attack pea is the most powerful attack item in the game, and it's in incredibly rare. Fewer than 100 exist, and it will presumably never be given out again. It's prices is around 125 million right now.

    So the princely shields price is about 1/4th of that.

    So we can estimate that the shield should be about 4 times more common than the pea. And mabe a little more because the shield is assumed to still be an active prize. Everyone knows the pea is retired. So maybe 6 times as many?

    That's around 600 of them in the entire game.

    That seems WAY too low for the number of active players that neopets has, and especially for the number of people that visit the shrine every single day. That means the chances of getting this shield are astronomically low.

    Or...

    The shield isn't given out at all anymore.

    So...

    TL:DR has anyone gotten one of these items recently? Does anyone know if these are still active prizes being given out regularly? Are there any other prizes that are so outrageously expensive that you have to wonder if they're still active? (That one petpet from the lunar temple comes to mind.)

    And has anyone EVER actually gotten that alleged 1 million neopoints the shrine is suppose to give out?

    I want to make a sticker with a Neopets pic on it to slap onto my laptop but I can't find a place that let's me just make 1 sticker. If I have to make 10 of them or something, am I allowed to give the rest away for free or is that in breach of something?

    I want to make a sticker of this (with bg removed) to match my other red stickers, but TNT doesn't sell any stickers (that I know of).
